We are seeking a full-time Property Rental Assistant who will assist our dedicated team and work closely with Senior Management in various construction capacities, including tenancy management, project coordination and administration.

**Responsibilities**
- Review of incoming rentals/sales/inquiries
- Review and coordination of rental ads, showings, etc.
- Coordination of tenant move in/move out/regular inspections
- Rental client database management and maintenance
- Coordination of tenancy paperwork including RTAs, addendums, condition inspection reports, etc.
- Coordination of on-site inspections and repairs
- Communication with clients, tenants, purchasers, consultants, trades and warranty providers
- Communication and coordination with on-site trades, foremen, project managers
- Management and coordination of upgrades/customizations/alteration requests
- Quality control management, coordination, and inspection

**Qualifications**
- Relevant diploma/degree in communications, management or adjacent field
- Client care and customer service experience
- Experience with Apple Computers and OS platforms
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to accurate and high-quality work
- Experience with real estate development/construction/rentals management
- Web design/client management software experience (Wix, Filemaker) an asset
