Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Receive and sort incoming mail, prepare and administer outgoing mail
- Scan, file, and maintain digital and paper filing systems with high level of accuracy
- Assist with purchasing and office management
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Additional duties, errands and projects as assigned / required
**Requirements**:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Passionate and self-motivated
- Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an asset
- Customer service experience is an asset
