**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Burnaby team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our electrical projects through effective coordination, document control, and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Oversee LMI daily reports and ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare and distribute progress reports
- Maintain and control project documentation
- Develop and manage work packages
- Assist with monthly invoicing and Time & Materials (T&M) reconciliation
- Provide scheduling support for project timelines
- Utilize Procore to manage project data and workflows

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably within the electrical or construction industry
- Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
