**About the work environment**:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

**About you**:
You are a dynamic and results-oriented business development manager, dedicated to driving growth within the payments ecosystem. With deep expertise in payment processing, BIN sponsorship, and cutting-edge payment solutions, you excel at cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships within the financial services sector. Your proven ability to close high-value deals reflects your strong understanding of payment infrastructures, card issuing, and merchant services. Guided by a strategic approach, you specialize in delivering innovative payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and fostering long-term collaborations that enhance profitability and operational efficiency for your clients.

**About the Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years crushing business development, sales, and relationship management in financial services or payment processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven understanding of the mechanics of money movement, acquiring, and issuing BIN sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, influence decisions, and close high-value deals.
- You think fast, analyze deeply, and turn challenges into lucrative opportunities.
- Motivated to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.

**About the day-to-day**:

- Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities within fintech and payment solutions (Money movement, Issuing and BIN sponsorship).
- Establish high-impact client connections and uncover upsell & cross-sell potential.
- Research trends, analyze competitors, and pinpoint where we dominate the market.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop cutting-edge sales plans that win in fintech.
- Craft and deliver powerful proposals and pitches that position our services as game-changers.
- Represent Peoples Group at industry events, elevating our brand recognition and deal flow.
- Work closely with product, operations, marketing and compliance to align business objectives.
- Track success metrics and sales KPIs, identify gaps, and fine-tune strategies for maximum revenue impact.
- Keep a pulse on industry shifts, competitor activities, and innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
