Social Media Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Distribution Specialist and Social Media Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to effectively promote our company and products on online platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to achieve the company’s growth and visibility goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop digital marketing strategies**: You will be responsible for designing comprehensive digital marketing plans, using innovative tools and techniques to maximize the reach and impact of our online campaigns.
- **Social media management**: You will be responsible for managing and animating our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging and compelling content to increase our online presence and interact with our community.
- **Content distribution**: You will coordinate the distribution of our marketing content on different platforms, using content management tools and optimizing distribution channels to reach our target audience.
- **Competitive intelligence**: You will need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best pratices in digital marketing and social media management, conducting regular competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of our competitors.
- **Digital Content Creation**: Your responsibility will be to create digital content by working closely the digital data analyst.
**-Maintain good organization to ensure an efficient workflow.**

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and initiative to propose innovative ideas and creative solutions.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, with hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm totaling 40 hours per week.

**Start Date**: As soon as possible.
