Looking for an estimator for residential and commercial demolition. We are a new company with room to grow and opportunities to advance.

Preparing cost estimates for various stages of demolition from schematic and budget to detailed take-off and pricing.

Must be able to conduct a site walk thru and progress visits. Participate in project meetings, review schedules and prepare reports if needed. Manage incoming and possibly outgoing blueprint drawings and maintain appropriate logs for all construction projects.

Analyze and estimate project changes. Maintain company bid vs cost history.

Starting salary would be 25$ per hour but possibility of negotiations depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa-Gatineau, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
