**Collision Repair Experts is looking for an Estimator**

If you are a detail-oriented individual and are looking to grow your experience in auto body appraisal, then this could be your ticket to a great career. As an **Estimator,**you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

Your minimum of 2-years experience in estimating collision damage will help you achieve your goals and manage communication and contact with clients and insurance partners to ensure their satisfaction. You will have a direct impact on the shop profitability and its client retention.

**A day in the Life of an Estimator at Collision Repair Experts**
- Review vehicle damages, accurately capture damages in photos and record as an estimate in Mitchell Connect.
- Create repair orders and repair plan the work to be performed with a focus on timeliness, accuracy and profitability.
- Ordering parts may be required.
- Create repair estimates according to Fix Auto and insurance company’s best practices/guidelines.
- Ensure estimate follow-up to maximize closing ratio. Supplement as required and finalize files for billing.
- Collaborate with technicians and client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service.
- Monitor vehicle repairs and collaborate with production and parts managers to ensure precise repair plans and timely delivery.
