**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various art programs within the organization. This role requires strong administrative, program management, supervising, and budgeting skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide expert advice and consulting services in the design, development and administration of arts and crafts programs and activities
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
- Monitor art and crafts activities
- Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts
- Manage events

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Bilingual
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience_: _3 years and more experience at a recreational/educational facility working with children
- Asset language: Mandarin
- Strong supervisory skills/budgeting skills /communication skills/organizational skills
- Specialization in Art or graphic arts

Pay: $17.53-$35.94 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
