**About the Role**
Based out of our Vaughan office, the Sales Manager, Hybrid Sales will maintain the business strategies required to increase sales and profits by supporting the day-to-day functions of the team, developing market penetration plans and planning sales strategies as well as planning, organizing, and managing all sales-related activities for the team to produce sales and gross profits in conformity with the predetermined business plan.
You will use your experience in B2B Sales leadership to:
- Lead, coach and develop inside account managers and other related associates
- Develop and implement tactical plans based on strategic direction to achieve sales, gross profit and company goals and objectives
- Engage in team building and synergy
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain the relationship with clients
**What qualifications do I require?**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business or related program or equivalent years of B2B experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sales, and a solid working knowledge of a virtual selling environment (SMB)
- Experience leading a virtual team of successful sales professionals is preferred
- Proficient with CRM and virtual selling enablement tools (LI Navigator, Sales Loft)
- Strong analytical skills for managing sales territory, market segments, and customer divergence (spend increases or decreases over time)
- Effective team-building skills; experienced with gamification is an asset
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and French, an asset
