The Manager, Sales Operations will support sales strategies by driving growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s profitability. They will assist with the sales process and data analysis to meet sales goals. By analyzing sales data, they identify trends, forecast sales, and implement recommendations to improve sales performance.
This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a sales and operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Homebuilding Industry experience is mandatory
- Proficient in CRM and database software.
- Possess financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and market opportunities.
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create meaningful sales forecasts.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Manage and improve existing sales processes, ensuring efficiency and recommending adjustments to enhance the sales cycle.
- Maintain high-quality sales data and ensure all systems supporting the sales operations are functioning efficiently
- Analyze sales data to support and measure the impact of the sales and marketing programs currently in place.
- Assist in setting sales goals and projections and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at achieving these objectives.
- Help create and manage automated sales tools, optimizing efficiency and streamlining sales processes.
- Support the implementation and management of the sales CRM tool to enhance sales opportunities and improve the customer experience.
- Work with market research and the Director, Sales Operations to provide recommendations for incentives and promotions based on marketplace trends.
- Monitors inventory levels at all communities
