**Job Description**:
Reporting to a Team Leader Distribution Compensation team, this full-time position is suited for an individual who is a quick learner, organized with excellent multi-task and time management skill, someone who shows strong attention to details and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with various administrative tasks within Field Payroll team to support corporate project initiatives. You will be responsible for the prompt & accurate calculation of various compensation element of Field Payroll.
**What you will do**
- The set-up administration of payroll for advisors
- The administration of various pay arrangements
- The maintenance and administration of deductions according to company and government regulations
- The calculation and adjustments to the payroll systems for manual handling
- Investigating requests and processing adjustments as required
- Answering inquiries from the Field regarding advisors pay and deductions
- Managing the day-to-day distribution of the daily work through incoming mail and outlook mailboxes
- Providing support and guidance to advisors and management
- Providing other administrative tasks as required
**What you will bring**
- College diploma or University degree (Business or Accounting Administration program)
- Payroll Experience/Accounting
- Customer service oriented, demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skill
- Quick leaner with strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent accuracy

- Strong organizational skill - multi-task and prioritize high volume work while managing deadlines
- Technically savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Product knowledge and use of various admin systems would be an asset (TSO, LL Mainframe, Siebel and FASAT)
- Strong adaptability to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communication in French would be an asset
