Description Join our Winning Team as a Sr. Compensation PartnerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in broad-based compensation, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and sales compensation. This role is pivotal in acting as a strategic business partner to various departments, ensuring that our compensation offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.This role has an expectation of 3 days in the London, ON office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.What you'll be doing:Act as a compensation advisor to business stakeholders across the organization by providing guidance on compensation and career development programsDesign, implement and manage comprehensive global compensation structures that align with the company’s compensation philosophy and business objectives through job architecture and internal rewards programsConduct external market pricing/benchmarking to ensure Carfax remains competitive to attract, develop and retain our talent and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsDevelop, administer and evaluate short-term and long-term incentive programs that drive performance and retention. Monitor effectiveness of existing programs and recommend recommendations. Administer compensation planning processes that include merit, bonus and promotion actions by setting up and performing testing of the tool, consultant with business stakeholders on individual decision-making and executing operational processes for employee communication and payroll processing. Educate and train managers and HR colleagues on job architecture, compensation philosophies, practices and tools. Respond to requests from business stakeholders by conducting job analysis and compensation recommendations.Participate in annual compensation and salary planning surveys.What we're looking for:BS in Human Resources, Business, Finance and/or a related field.4-7 years of experience in a compensation, finance, or business analytics-related role.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools. Strong global compensation and sales compensation experiences.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.Strong business acumen and ability to align compensation strategy with business objectives.
