**Position Summary**

As a Tooling Administrator, you will perform administrative duties required to support the maintenance, repair, fabrication and inventory management of controlled tooling.

**Your key responsibilities are**:

- Maintain TSR log (prepare TSR travelers and update Epcior, update TSR performance matrix, close TSR's
- Setup tool files in Epicor
- Maintain hardcopy tool files
- Co-ordinate with tooling delivery and shipping/receiving receive tools and prepare documentation for outgoing tools
- Co-ordinate TSR’s with Mill Cove
- Identify and assign tool #’s and ensure photos are acquired
- Scanning and filing tooling paperwork
- Distributing company communications to tool shop
- Ensure cleaning checklist is updated
- Checking first aid inventory
- Tooling inventory audits

**Skills / Education required**:

- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs (excel, word)
- Good organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous administration experience or training would be an asset
- Ability to learn new computer programs (Epicor)
