Restaurant Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
