**FACILITIES MAINTENACE MANAGER**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 2-5 years relevant maintenance experience in single and multi-family buildings/dwellings, or general repair role.
- Always have a high degree of professionalism and dedication to all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Resourceful and self-motivated.
- Capacity to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize work without sacrificing detail or accuracy
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent team player with ability to maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
- Capable with computers - Windows and MS Office
- Physically fit and able to easily carry 60 lbs
- Valid driver license
- Trades/diplomas/certificates considered an asset.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Always demonstrate discretion with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.
- Coordinate service requests/completions with Operations Coordinator and leaders.
- Perform Maintenance and repairs to various units/properties across commercial and residential portfolios, including but not limited to;
- Repairing decks and fences,
- removal and installation of baseboards,
- siding repairs,
- dryer vent repairs and dryer vent cleaning,
- eavestrough and downspout repairs and cleaning
- minor roof repairs, drywall repairs
- door and windows repairs/adjustments.
- Interior painting
- hardscape work (patio stones, etc.), concrete work
- occasional landscaping tasks
- Complete and process all daily paperwork - Logs, Inspection forms, Work Orders, before and after photos of work completed using company provided tablet and software.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
