**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed for larger projects or repairs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for repairs.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
