Three Sisters Consulting is focused on the advancement of Indigenous peoples by providing work opportunities and by providing a safe space for their voices to be heard. We are currently looking to fill a summer student position for Data Entry Clerk. This position is provided with funding from Canada Summer Jobs and in partnership with the Government of Canada. This opportunity is open to youth aged 15 to 30 who are legally eligible to work in Canada (Social Insurance Number is required), however it is best suited to post secondary students.

**This job is not suitable for remote work**.

Location: Chatham, ON
Duration: 8 weeks
Start: As soon as possible
Rate: $17/hr
Hours: 35 hrs/week, M-F

What you'll be doing:

- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Reviewing and updating data information in Borealis
- Proactively verifying data through source documents and online resources
- Introduction to project management
- Introduction to business management

Essential Qualifications:

- Lived experience as a member of the Indigenous community is a strong asset
- Must be between 15 and 30 years old to qualify for this position under Canada Summer Jobs program guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Inquisitive and willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactiveness, and productiveness
