Our Human Resource practice is growing We are seeking a talented and energetic full-time consultant with a wide range of experience in the field. We are changing the way people think about client care, and we need your help.

Reporting to and working in collaboration with the HR Director, our Recruiter & HR Consultant will provide functional support to our clients on an ongoing basis in areas of full cycle recruitment and general HR consulting.

**Responsibilities**
- Serving as an external consultant by analyzing clients’ recruitment and hiring needs and recommending solutions;
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;
- Create and implement recruiting strategies;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice, pursuing ongoing education and development to support the operations of the HR department;
- Serving as a consultant by analyzing clients current HR programs and recommending solutions;
- Ability to prospect and secure new business in all HR consulting areas.

**Credentials**
- 2-4 years experience in external recruiting;
- Previously experience in HR consulting would be considered an asset;
- Formal HR training, degree, or diploma;
- CPHR or CPHR student considered a strong asset.
