Are you a skilled and experienced real estate assistant looking to work directly with a top-producing real estate professional? I am seeking a **Personal Real Estate Assistant** to support my business and help streamline my day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and update property listings, MLS entries, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents
- Maintain an organized system of files, client records, and transaction timelines
- Assist with client prospecting and lead management
- Conduct market research and gather property data for pricing and comps
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Learn the systems used such as Broker Bay, Dot Loop, Etc...
- Manage Social Media
- Procient in writing and creativity
- Looking for a leader, and trouble shooter

**Experience**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
