Who we are:
Top-producing, real estate team in Mississauga, looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operations and marketing.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Managing social media advertising and website. Coordinate marketing materials
- Booking appointments and tracking confirmations - following up where required
- Co-ordinating listing property set-up and preparation, such as booking/coordinating/scheduling photographers
- Data entry, expense-tracking
- Assisting in the preparation of comparative market analysis (CMAs) reports
- Updating client information and managing client database
- Updating Buildium property manager software
- Updating and setting up CRM software
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 2 +years in a Real Estate Brokerage as Office Administrator, or Team Assistant
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Strong time management capabilities
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of TREB, Web Forms and real estate databases (such as Geowarehouse or Top Producer) would be an asset
- Access to your own vehicle is not required but would be an asset
