**Job description**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with company and product information, and update customers on order status.
- Process internal and external orders and communicate and coordinate with all relevant departments to facilitate information flow.
- Create and update products inventory info and other data to sales team
- Ship samples or products to customers occasionally.
- Collect payments from customers periodically.
- Assist with office administration work occasionally

**Requirements**:

- 2 years previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of seafood and fish species is considered an asset
- G Driver’s Licence required
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is a must; Cantonese would

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
