**About us：**

Aline Cabinetry Canada Ltd is the industry leading wholesaler of pre-fabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets. Our Toronto warehouse and showroom were established in 2022 as the newest wholesale distribution center in North America after Chicago, Dallas and Orlando.

As a **Customer Service Representative** at Aline Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous 2 years customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. **Fluent in English** is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and 2020 Design. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
