The Role
We’re looking for a Jr. Event Planner / Administrator to join our dynamic team at Living Luxe Magazine. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile luxury events while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is the perfect chance to grow your career with us.
What You’ll Do
Event Planning Support
- Assist senior planners with event logistics from concept to execution
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Prepare event timelines, budgets, and reports
- Provide on-site event support to ensure seamless execution
Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, calendars, and correspondence
- Organize digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with office operations and procurement
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team on track
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in administration, events, hospitality, or media (an asset but not required)
