Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating a wide range of events, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, weddings, and other special events
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Source and work closely with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment and decorations
- Oversee event setup, execution, and staff
- Ensure that events run smoothly and meet client expectations
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Provide high-level customer service skills

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
