CIC offers the Total Care Education System to support students to achieve their goal of getting into a post-secondary institution of their choice.  Our Total Care Education provides services that can support international students to meet their Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical needs.

The **Summer Camp and Short-Term Immersion Coordinator **is the central piece of our summer camp structure and oversees the Summer Camp Program, supporting each department and ensuring that our camp runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeps track of and updates Summer Camp Master List with dates, numbers and student information 
- Provides updates about camp numbers and arrival dates to all departments 
- Informs Residence of arrival dates and numbers for rooming purposes 
- Creates group and individual camp schedules based on arrival dates 
- Contacts venues and confirm bookings with Activities and Logistics coordinators 
- Works closely with Logistics coordinator for daily busing needs 
- Communicates with the Eastern Tour travel agency to confirm tour dates, itinerary, cost, payment deadlines, and cancellation policy 
- Works closely with English coordinator to support the Summer Camp English Program 
- Informs Chartwells of numbers for meals daily 
- Works closely with Activities Team and group leaders prior to bus loading for trips 
- Receives feedback from group leaders  

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Post-Secondary Education
- Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, strong leadership and record-keeping skills  
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (due to high number of campers from this region) 

**Assets**:

- Experience working in Tourism and/or event planning

**Hours of Work**:

- Ability to work flexible hours required (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
