CIC offers the Total Care Education System to support students to achieve their goal of getting into a post-secondary institution of their choice. Our Total Care Education provides services that can support international students to meet their Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical needs.

**Job Summary**:
The Scheduling Coordinator oversees staff and program scheduling for summer camp, ensuring efficient planning, adjustments, and communication.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Collaborate with Short-Term Program Coordinator for overall planning and scheduling
- Develop group and individual camp schedules based on program and arrival/departure dates
- Create and maintain staff schedules based on the overall summer camp program
- Make timely schedule adjustments as needed and promptly communicate changes to all stakeholders
- Conduct daily schedule reviews with summer camp team members

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant work experience with youth in a camp, scheduling and administrative work
- Provide a Vulnerable Sector check (issued to a maximum of 6 months ago)
- Detailed and task oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure

**Hours of Work**:

- Ability to work flexible hours required (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
