CIC offers the Total Care Education System to support students to achieve their goal of getting into a post-secondary institution of their choice. Our Total Care Education provides services that can support international students to meet their Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical needs.

**The Summer Camp Activity Class Coordinator supports camp programming, designs activity class content, and coordinates activity class supplies and instructor schedules.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop content for activity classes
- Coordinate with Procurement team to orderactivity class supplies
- Collaborate with Short-Term Program Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator to schedule activity instructors
- Act as a primary point of contact for activity instructors
- Monitor and evaluate activity classes to ensure quality instruction through observation and feedback

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with youth
- Similar administrative work
- Leadership skills
- Time Management

**Assets**:

- Multilingual
- Degree/Diploma/Current Enrollment in Post-Secondary Education
- Experience planning and coordinating events

**Hours of work**:
Ability to work flexible hours required (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
