We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Thermofoil Press Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Thermofoil Press Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the thermofoil press machine to press cabinet doors. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality cabinet doors efficiently and according to specifications. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the thermofoil press machine to press cabinet doors, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust the thermofoil press machine, including loading and unloading cabinet doors, adjusting the temperature, pressure, and timing settings.
- Monitor and control the thermofoil press machine throughout the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct visual inspections of pressed cabinet doors for defects, such as bubbling, peeling, or uneven adhesion, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the thermofoil press machine to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve any equipment malfunctions or operational problems that may arise.
- Maintain accurate production records, including the number of doors pressed, materials used, and any quality issues encountered.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to thermofoil press machine operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience operating thermofoil press machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in pressed cabinet doors.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move heavy cabinet doors.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to following them at all times.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
