**Set up and Operate Brake Press**:Configure the brake press machine to bend, form, or straighten metal sheets and plates based on job specifications.
- **Read and Interpret Blueprints**: Accurately read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure precise bending and shaping of metal parts.
- **Ensure Product Quality**: Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure that parts meet required tolerances and specifications.
- **Adjust Machine Settings**: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for material thickness and bend angles to maintain accuracy.
- **Perform Routine Maintenance**: Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment, and report any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while operating the machine.
- **Record and Document Work**: Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, completed jobs, and any issues encountered during operation.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
