**Hours**: Monday - Thursday (3:30PM - 12:00AM), Saturday OR Sunday (12:30PM - 9:00PM)

**Salary**: $45,000/year

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Summary**:
KGS Research is looking for skilled Project Coordinator to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive.

An excellent Project Manager must be an organized, reliable and a results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the 'big picture' and make improvements in production. As a Project Manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct effective planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
- Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain the highest standards of excellence
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, dialer, etc.)
- Prepare reports for different departments, including upper management.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in customer service is required.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
- Solid understanding of reporting procedures.
- Experience in fundamental financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
- Positive, patient, and flexible.
- Willing to work weekends as needed.
- Must Speak Fluent English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with using various Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and COUNTIF
- Basic understanding of the key elements of the Project Management Framework
