**Project Coordinator**:
Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)

**Salary**: CA$35,000 - CA$40,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.

**About the Role**:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project timelines, communications, and administrative processes. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to build a long-term career with a mission-driven company.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to ensure timely execution of solar projects with a heavy focus in the BC region.- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners.- Track and monitor project progress, escalating challenges when necessary.- Prepare reports, update trackers, and maintain organized records of all project activities.- Support problem resolution by identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.

**What You Bring**:

- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills are a must.- Excellent communication skills with very fluent English (both written and verbal).- Mandarin speaking ability is a strong asset.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
