Responsibilities:

- Have site visits to follow up progress of work and ensure all work completed by laborers in accordance with contract specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts
- Monitor quality and ensure projects meet industry standards and client satisfaction.
- Ensure and enforce compliance to all company, client and legislated safety policies and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Working toward a degree in Engineering or college diploma in Construction Management, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of two years project coordination experience preferably Canadian work Experience.
- Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of building construction.
- Proficiency in using construction estimating tools and software
- Capable of identifying problems and recommending corrective actions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34,977.88-$61,402.70 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Scarborough, ON M1V 3Z5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
