We are currently looking to hire a driven and passionate Project Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with several departments inclusive of Project Management, Estimation and Executive Leadership you will be responsible for the following duties inclusive but not limited to the following: Please note to qualify for this position you must have previous estimating experience\ exposure in commercial electrical projects**
- Assist Senior Project Coordinator in project review inclusive of providing continuous updates and details on ongoing projects
- Assist in reviewing project drawings and estimates (inclusive of quotes) to note any discrepancies or points of concern with the intent to keep Project Management\ Operations aware of any noted items
- Printing of drawings and specifications as well as other project documents (RFI, shop drawing, CCN’s etc.)
- Assist in issuing, managing and revising PO’s to subs and suppliers under direction of Senior Project Coordinator
- Continuous organizing, updating and maintenance of files within Project Management
- Work alongside Project Managers to ensure project delivery and execution of key project milestones
- Continuous and effective communication and team building across internal teams and with external parties (consultants, clients etc.)

Who we are looking for:

- Completion of degree \ certificate (Engineering, Project Management, Economics\Commerce or related field)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills - the ability to work in a highly deadline driven environment with moderate supervision
- 1-2+ years MINIMUM experience in commercial electrical project coordination MUST have estimating experience
- Proficiency is MS Office (Excel, Word etc.) Blue Beam experience would be preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
