Regional Business Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for regional operations.
**2. Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute regional sales plans.
- Monitor and improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
**3. Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations across the region to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all business units operate smoothly and meet quality standards.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
**4. Team Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, train, and mentor regional staff and managers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to enhance team capability.
- Foster a positive and motivated work culture across the region.
**5. Financial Oversight**
- Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure profitability of regional operations through cost control and margin improvement.
**6. Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, or community meetings.
**7. Reporting & Communication**
- Report on regional performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
- Share best practices and operational insights across the region.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a regional or senior management role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid financial acumen and analytical thinking
Pay: $30.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
