_The _**Account Manager is responsible **_for communicating and understanding the client’s needs and getting with the executive team in determining solutions. This position manages clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention._

- _Provide initial and ongoing training to enterprise customers._
- _Conduct prospecting, lead generation and closing deals_
- _Map out client organization with a focus on decision-makers within the organization_
- _Work through customers issue while collaborating with executives to resolve issues in a timely manner_
- _Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring that sales quota is achieved_
- _Create quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients_
- _Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship_
- Requirements:_
- _Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with 2+ years of equivalent work experience_
- _At least 2+ years relevant account management experience_
- _Excellent command and understanding of the English language (spoken and written)_
- _Critical thinking skills, has an eye for details and has strong customer service skills_
- _Passionate, fast learner and a motivated self-starter_
- _Must have proper work from home set up, strong internet with presentable background, good camera and noise cancelling mic and headset_

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
