**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing insights for financial planning and decision-making.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives through effective financial management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare financial statements, analyses, and reports
- Ensure optimal profitability for the corporation
- Evaluate auditing systems in place and checking invoices as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-years of experience required. Proven track record needed as an Accounting Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Related degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks) is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
