**Qualifications & Values**:

- An active level 2 general insurance license; and CAIB/CIP designation considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in insurance
- A natural sales instinct with some experience working with clients to provide commercial lines insurance coverage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability probe customers to determine current and future needs
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- An understanding of risk management practices and procedures
- Desire to be part of a dynamic team

**Location and Schedule**:

- In Office, at either our Brentwood Bay or Sidney location
- Permanent, Full-time employment (40 hrs/week)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
