We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Assistant to provide support and service to our producers, managers, clients, and Insurance Advisors.

**What you will do in the role**:

- Processes policy issuance, referrals, endorsements, payment plans, and cancellations
- Provides quotes for clients using rate manuals, online manuals, etc.
- Responds to insurer enquiries about policy holders
- Researches the best coverage for clients, using all known factors, including pricing, coverage, and claims service
- Assists in general office duties including deposits, supply maintenance, and batching when required
- Carries out other duties essential to the position as directed by their supervisor.

**You can offer SeaFirst**:

- Previous commercial insurance experience
- An active Level 2 general insurance license; we will also consider applicants with extensive administrative experience with a level 1 license
- Knowledge of Commercial Liability and Commercial Property is an asset

**Where and when you will work**:

- Brentwood Bay Office with the potential of a Hybrid work model
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Permanent, Full-time employment (40 hrs/week)

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
