Sunrise Residential Services is a PDD funded agency providing supports to Individuals with Disabilities living in the community. We are accepting resumes for a Full time Program Coordinator including on call response as required

The right person for this job meets the educational and experience requirements stated, and brings the ability to connect with people in positive and supportive ways.

Direct experience in Community Living Supports is essential.

If you have not worked directly in a PDD funded group home, with Adult Individuals with a variety of Disabilities, this is not the position for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Must demostrate past experience with**:

- Creating and overseeing Individual Support Plans, Planned Positive Approaches and Behavioural Support plans required by Individuals receiving supports.
- Developing and implement program activities in line with organizational goals
- Providing support to program staff to ensure effective program delivery
- Monitoring program outcomes and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintaining accurate program records and prepare reports for management

**Educational and Training Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Disability Services _and _equivalent work experience as a Qualified Person in the field of disability services. Experience **MUST BE** in the PDD funded support model.
- Advanced Positive Behaviour Supports training
- Up to date computer proficiency
- Standard First Aid, Level C CPR
- current Vulernable Sector Check

**Desired Skills**

Proven experience in program management and administrative tasks
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently

**Necessary**:
Reliable vehicle, drivers licence and ability to drive for work.

Flexible and responsive availability
