**_Role: _**Quote Coordinator**

**_Shift:_** Monday to Friday, day shift (or 11:45AM to 8:00PM _preferably_)

**_Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Review and interpret customer specifications and blueprint drawings.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and needs in an efficient and effective manner.
- Surpass customer’s expectations in relation to quote turn around and quality quote submission.
- Prepare and send quotations using various software tools.
- Maintain customer profile and customer database.
- Support Customer Service and Pre-engineering as needed.
- Liaise with Production Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing and Engineering.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
- Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace.

**_Essential Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency MS Suites and Outlook combined with a technical aptitude.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the extent necessary to perform the job

**_Education and Experience:_**
- Ability and experience with reading blueprints, schematics and customer specs
- College/university or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Detailed knowledge and/or previous experience in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing an asset.
