As a Financial Analyst at GroupQuest, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere where you will be motivated to provide quality work and excited to see the results of meeting your targets. As a Financial Analyst you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth.

**The Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes will**:

- Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.
- Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications
- Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier Underwriters
- Prepare client ready reports and documents
- Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans
- Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner
- Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers
- Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated

**To be successful as a Financial Analyst, Marketing and Quotes you will need**:

- 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
- 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs
- Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
