As an intern in our Data Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial data management while working alongside experienced professionals. This internship offers exposure to client interactions, data processing, and essential operational workflows.

**Your Role**:

- Learn the fundamentals of data operations and financial data verification
- Assist in processing and validating financial data from multiple sources
- Gain exposure to data management systems and quality control processes
- Support the team in maintaining accurate data records
- Learn to use industry-standard financial software and data tools
- Develop understanding of internal control procedures
- Assist in preparing data quality reports
- Shadow professionals in client communications
- Learn best practices in data operations

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field at a Institution
- Strong academic performance and genuine interest in financial data management
- Basic understanding of data processing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of financial products and hedge fund administration
- Agile project management proficiency
- Strong analytical skills for business requirements and clear documentation
- Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, design docs, and process flows
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate
- Experience with automated testing
