About Our Opportunity

The Bank Reconciliation Supervisor is responsible for the management of the overall operations of the Bank Reconciliation team. The position provides leadership and guidance while ensuring the accurate and timely accounting and reporting for all financial transactions processed through the major chartered banks.

Primary Accountabilities

The Capital Markets Administration and Compliance (CMAC) division is responsible for the accounting, debt servicing, trade settlement, reporting, and custody of government's market debt and investments while monitoring compliance with legislation and policies. The division provides professional advice, recommendations, and coordination of policies and guidelines related to debt management activities. In addition, the division reconciles government bank accounts, monitors and reports on government's internal financial controls, manages governance specific software solutions, and corporate compliance programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Computer proficiency using a variety of tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
