Reconciliation Analyst

Job Description What is the opportunity? Perform monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets and all entities across all classes. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments. What will you do? Perform monthly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets to ensure 'zero exposure'. Completion of attestation process once in every 6 months. Create and maintain different dashboards to increase the visibility of market owners and leadership team. Maintain QB Deck file in collaboration with all market owners. Creation of report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) to increase visibility and footprint Answering all the data requests from internal and external business units Preparation of monthly and yearly (SOL wise) reconciliation overview report to be sent to Risk team. Responsible for reconciliation (agent report, reconciliation report, attestation report) data archival. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Excellent knowledge in EXCEL Highly detail oriented Able to understand the flow of reconciliation (downstream) between agent/custodian/client. Able to work independently collaborating with Sub custodian/External Stakeholder and Internal Team Nice-to-have Knowledge in VBA is a plus What’s in it for you?
