**Responsibilities**:
- Must also have social media experience; develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively engage with followers and respond to inquiries
- Experience working in an office environment, preferably in a dental office or similar setting
- Proficient in front desk tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing appointments
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple social media platforms and schedules
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing social media accounts
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a clerical/administrative role is a plus
