**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Construction Site Coordinator** to lead and oversee our ongoing projects. The Site Coordinator is responsible for delivering each construction project’s objectives, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a vital role for our team, offering opportunities for professional growth and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead representative to clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional customer service throughout each project.
- Provide technical oversight and direction for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Direct site supervisors in day-to-day management of staff and address escalated issues.
- Coordinate all subcontractors and large material orders.
- Manage project information on digital platforms, including schedules, payment plans, allowances, and selections.
- Control project budgets by overseeing purchases, subcontracts, approving invoices, and processing change orders.
- Collaborate daily with project managers for resources and support.
- Provide weekly progress reports to management and team members.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction or renovation.
- Leadership experience as a site supervisor or foreman; previous project management experience preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical construction aspects, from rough-in to finish.
- Ability to read construction plans and engineering reports, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and inspectors.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
- Proven leadership to drive efficient project execution and ethical stewardship, aligned with company vision.
- Computer literacy with ability to use construction management software (BuilderTrend, Microsoft Suite).

**Compensation & Benefits**

**Schedule**
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- On-site visits to various worksites in and around HRM.

**Work Location/Travel**
- Bedford, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Driver’s licence required)

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
