You will be the face of our projects and our brand as you ensure optimal safety and progress..
- Oversee all aspects of the construction projects from the ground-up construction to project closeout.
- Properly schedule trades and materials for construction sites.
- Supervise and uphold contractual arrangements with onsite personnel and subcontractors professionally.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety standards and keep an organized record book.
- Adhere to the waste management policy
- Complete site walkthrough and verify the high quality of work.
- You will be a valuable member of the team working directly with the Partners.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Construction commercial projects is a must.
- You’re familiar with managing a project scope of at least $2M+ in construction costs.
- Your work speaks for itself, and you have raving reviews from previous clients.
- You hold site safety in the highest regard.
- You bring superior communication and negotiation skills so that the trades are on your side.
- You typically have past colleagues calling you for advice and your expertise.
- You appreciate quality work and can easily spot errors.
- You love taking ownership of your projects and feeling a sense of accomplishment once you’ve completed them.
- Your tracking and reporting skills are organized effectively so that you know what’s going on, on-site at any moment.
- Previous experience in steel work is a plus

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
