We need a Construction Site Coordinator to be our daily operational leader, ensuring our innovative systems deliver results that exceed industry standards.

What You'll Do Every Day

Site Operations (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

  • Unlock site, turn on power, check safety equipment
  • Log each trade's arrival time and crew size in BuilderTrend
  • Take progress photos with notes showing work completed
  • Check that all trades wear required safety equipment
  • Lock up site, secure tools and materials, set security system

Quality & Documentation

  • Use our checklists to verify work meets standards at key checkpoints
  • Document any problems with photos and immediately text Project Manager
  • Verify material deliveries match orders and sign delivery receipts
  • Take before/after photos of each trade's work area
  • Update BuilderTrend with actual progress vs. scheduled progress

Coordination & Communication

  • Be present when city inspectors, bank representatives, or energy modelers visit
  • Coordinate with Site Support person on material staging priorities
  • Handle small supply runs (screws, caulk, basic materials)
  • Communicate schedule changes or issues to trades same day
  • Ensure site stays clean, organized, and impressive for any visitors
Compensation Structure

Base: $3,000/month guaranteed

Vehicle Allowance: Mileage reimbursement for supply runs and site travel

Weekly Excellence Bonus: $250/week For exceptional performance you control:

  • Perfect attendance
  • 100% documentation compliance
  • Positive trade partner feedback
  • Proactive problem identification

Total Potential: Up to $4,000/month ($20,000 for 5-month project)

Contract Duration: 5-6 months per project with immediate transition to next project for strong performers

Work Pipeline: 10+ projects annually means continuous employment opportunity for reliable coordinators

Must-Haves
  • 3+ years construction industry experience (any trade background)
  • Reliable vehicle for site supply runs and daily transportation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable with technology (smartphones, BuilderTrend app, basic computer use)
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
  • Physical ability to walk construction sites and lift 50+ lbs
  • Commitment to safety standards and professional conduct
Major Advantages
  • Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman experience - we value leadership experience in construction
  • Experience with quality control and inspection processes
  • Experience with project management software (BuilderTrend preferred)
  • Multiple trade background or broad construction knowledge
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Understanding of building codes and municipal inspection requirements
