Receptionist/customer Service

Selkirk GM is looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep to work in our brand new Body Shop, Certified Collision Centre. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service and is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter.
As the Receptionist/Customer Service Rep your **Primary Responsibilities** will be;
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our Collision Centre customers
- Field customer inquiries both online and in-person in order to ensure customers receive the appropriate information
- Booking customer appointments and updating them on the progress of their claim
- Provide administrative support, including running monthly reports and keeping accurate records
**Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work within a number of different programs/systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
