FULL TIME CASHIER/CUSTOMER SERVICE

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate product scanning and processing of customer orders/deliveries/holds
- Finalize the customer’s choice of payment
- Execute store-directed promotions and programs
- Maintain/clean product displays around the till areas
- Ability to work with POS system in compliance with store policies and procedures
- Any other duties that may be required to ensure an environment that meets and maintains our high standards of customer service

Qualifications/Experience:

- The ability to meet the needs and demands of customers in a friendly, fast and efficient manner
- The willingness to work with others and respond quickly to change
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Always willing to go above and beyond for our Customers
- Mature, responsible with sound decision making skills
- Ability to focus on details and accuracy
- Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and want to help us grow
- Hardworking and dedicated to helping achieve our goals
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift using work safe guidelines
- Available to work varying shifts Mon-Sun including weekends and evenings
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
